Sociedades portuarias y los puertos privados. Se consideran remitentes y destinatarios las sociedades portuarias y los puertos privados, ya sean marítimos o fluviales, en el proceso de embarque, desembarque, manejo y almacenamiento de mercancías peligrosas, y son responsables del cumplimiento de lo estipulado en esta Sección.
