Parágrafo

del artículo 48 del Decreto 1052 de 1998 quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

El Curador Urbano que pierda su calidad deberá entregar a quien se haya posesionado en su reemplazo, definitiva o provisionalmente, los expedientes que estuvieran cursando trámite. Si no se hubiere designado el reemplazo del Curador Urbano que perdió su calidad, éste último deberá remitir los expedientes que estuvieren en curso, de manera inmediata, a la autoridad Municipal o Distrital de planeación, o la entidad que haga sus veces, la cual podrá asignar el asunto o distribuirlo por reparto entre los curadores urbanos que continúen prestando esta función."
