Apruébase el "Convenio Comercial entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Popular China", firmado en Beijing el 17 de julio de 1981, cuyo texto es: CONVENIO COMERCIAL ENTRE EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA POPULAR CHINA El Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Popular China, animados por el deseo de fomentar e intensificar las relaciones comerciales entre los dos países, basándose en la igualdad y ventaja mutua, han decidido suscribir el presente convenio, cuyos artículos son los siguientes:
