Art. 6.° El administrador de la casa de moneda pondrá a disposicion de la tesorería jeneral, dejando la debida constancia, los billetes que hayan sido firmados a virtud de órdenes escritas de la secretaría del tesoro. Estas órdenes, juntamente con el libro de cuenta corriente de especies, serán conservadas en la caja fuerte.
