La suma para conmemorar el segundo centenario de la fundación de Zetaquira se entregara al centenario de la fundación de Zetaquira se entregara al tesorero de aquel lugar, y su inversión se hará por una junta que se llamara del segundo centenario, compuesta por el presidente del concejo, el cura párroco, el alcalde, el personero municipal y un vocal que designara el gobierno.
