Si los secretos de que trata elArtículo anterior fueren divulgados, o los dibujos, planos o documentos fueren conocidos por descuido o imprudencia de los funcionarios encargados de su custodia, o de quienes conocían tales secretos, los culpables serán castigados con prisión por dos meses a un año, y con multa de ciento a trescientos pesos.
