ARTICULO 1 º . Aprúebase el Acuerdo número 003/94 de la Asamblea General de Accionistas de la Corporación de la Industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S.A., CIAC S.A., por el cual se adoptan unas reformas a los Estatutos de la Corporación, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 003 DE 1994 (abril 22) por el cual se reforman los Estatutos Internos de la Corporación de la industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S.A., CIAC S.A. La Asamblea General de Accionistas de la Corporación de la Industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S.A., en uso de sus facultades legales y en especial de las que le confieren los Decretos 1050 de 1968 y literal e), del artículo 13 de sus Estatutos Internos, ACUERDA:
