° Las tripulaciones tendrán derecho a una partida diaria para alimentación de US$ 1.00 (un dollar moneda norteamericana) para cada uno de los integrantes comprendiendo Oficiales, Suboficiales Guardiamarinas, Cadetes, Grumetes, Infantes de Marina y personal civil cuando cumplan misiones en el exterior de las determinadas en el artículo 1° de este Decreto.

Parágrafo

Cuando el reconocimiento de la partida de alimentación se hace en dólares no habrá lugar a reconocer en pesos colombianos suma alguna por este concepto.
