Precio base mínimo de venta en eventos de remate. Los Alcaldes distritales o municipales podrán adelantar la venta en subasta pública de los bienes, la cual se realizará, por un precio base mínimo determinado mediante la metodología de administración que resulte de aplicar el avalúo comercial vigente, y las variables que se describen a continuación:

Los gastos y obligaciones asociados al mantenimiento, custodia, conservación, guarda y administración del bien, incluidos sus impuestos y seguros.

El tiempo y los costos requeridos para la enajenación del bien.

Estado y costos del saneamiento de los activos.
