Administración . La administración del Sistema de Trazabilidad Vegetal estará a cargo del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), el cual para el efecto cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Administrar el Sistema de Información Nacional de Trazabilidad Vegetal.

Apoyar las funciones de dirección del Sistema de Trazabilidad Vegetal.

Adelantar el seguimiento al Sistema de Trazabilidad Vegetal.
