° El Almacén Nacional tiene por objeto proveer a las oficinas nacionales de la capital de la Republica y a las oficinas de fuera, cuando el Gobierno lo mande, de útiles de escritorio, muebles y demás objetos a que hubiere lugar. También suministrara a las obras públicas las herramientas y demás elementos que el Gobierno determine.
