Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley vótase hasta la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($60.000.00), que se apropiará en la Ley de Asignaciones de la próxima vigencia o de las siguientes, quedando el Gobierno facultado para abrir los créditos del caso si el Congreso no hiciere esta apropiación en el Presupuesto.
