Art. 71. La Corte Suprema de Justicia impondrá multas de cincuenta á cien pesos á los Secretarios generales ó de Gobiernos de los Departamentos y á los Fiscales de Tribunal que no lo envíen mensualmente las actas de las visitas que, en virtud del Artículo 241 de la Ley 153 de 1887 , tienen el deber de practicar en los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial. Las resoluciones que la Corte Suprema dicte en cumplimiento de este Artículo se publicaran en el Diario Oficial y en la Gaceta Judicial.
