°. DE LAS ASOCIACIONES ENTRE ENTIDADES PUBLICAS. A las personas jurídicas que se creen sin ánimo de lucro, por la asociación exclusiva de entidades públicas con el fin de cooperar en el cumplimiento de funciones administrativas o de prestar conjuntamente servicios que se hallen a su cargo, se les aplican las normas previstas para los establecimientos públicos, sin perjuicio de las particularidades que contengan los actos de su creación. En todo caso, sus juntas o consejos directivos estarán integrados y sus representantes legales serán designados en la forma que prevean los correspondientes estatutos.
