ARTICULO 19 . ADECUACION ADMINISTRATIVA. Como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en este Decreto, el Gobierno Nacional creará la planta global de la UDT y modificará en lo que sea pertinente la planta de personal del DNP. Una vez adoptadas estas decisiones, se dispondrán los traslados de empleados que sean indispensables.
