Las licencias de que trata el presente Decreto se concederán por medio de resoluciones dictadas por el Ministerio del ramo, por el término de un año. Vencido éste los interesados deberán hacer nueva solicitud. La prórroga de una licencia se concederá igualmente por medio de una resolución.
