Obligatoriedad de prestación de servicios. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que sean destinados en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de la Policía Nacional en el país, están obligados a prestar sus servicios a la institución por un tiempo mínimo de igual al doble del lapso que hubiere permanecido en comisión. Cuando los estudios se hubieren adelantado en el exterior, el tiempo del servicio será igual al triple de la duración de aquellos.
