º Provisión de cargos. Cada año la autoridad educativa competente señalará la planta de personal de los establecimientos oficiales bajo su jurisdicción para la respectiva vigencia. Los cargos que fueren incluidos en dichas plantas serán los únicos susceptibles de ser previstos por la autoridad nominadora. Las plantas de personal a que se refiere este artículo deberán ser aprobadas en todos los casos por el Gobierno Nacional.
