Articulo 5.º La Caja será administrada y dirigida por una Junta integrada por cinco miembros, a saber: el Intendente Nacional, quien la presidirá, y quien será suplido, en caso de faltas temporales, por el Secretario de Gobierno; el Secretario de Hacienda, en representación del Consejo Administrativo, y tres miembros más, que serán elegidos por los empleados intedenciales resídentos en Quibdó.
Parágrafo
El Gobierno reglamentará la forma en que los empleados intendenciales elijan sus tres representantes ante la Directiva de la Junta.
