º. Seguimiento . El Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial verificará la adecuada aplicación del estímulo por parte del Fondo Nacional de Garantías, entidad que remitirá mensualmente al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial un reporte de los créditos VIS tipo 1 y 2 desembolsados, así como del valor de los estímulos causados y pagados en relación con los créditos reportados.
