Los manuales operativos del Fosyga incorporarán las reglas para el adecuado cumplimiento de lo previsto en este decreto de acuerdo con los lineamientos que defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social o la entidad que haga sus veces. Los manuales operativos deberán mantenerse actualizados y publicados en la página web del Fosyga.

Decreto 4023 de 2011 · por el cual se reglamenta el proceso de compensacion y el funcionamiento de la Subcuenta de Compensacion Interna del Regimen Contributivo del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantia - Fosyga, se fijan reglas para el control del recaudo de cotizaciones al Regimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y se dictan otras disposiciones.
