Artículo primero. De acuerdo con lo ordenado por el artículo sexto del Decreto legislativo número 0272 de 1957, el Ministerio de Fomento traspasará a la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, S.A., como aporte de capital, las acciones que el Gobierno Nacional tenga suscritas en los diferentes Hoteles de Turismo construidos o en etapa de construcción.

Parágrafo

Queda legalizado el traspaso de acciones hechas por el Ministerio de Fomento a la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, S. A., con anterioridad a este Decreto.
