° La partida de $ 15.000 apropiada en el Presupuesto vigente, en el capítulo 93, artículo 1352, y las que se liquiden en vigencias posteriores para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 71 de 1941, sobre conmemoración del primer centenario de la fundación de Santa Rosa de Cabal, en el Departamento de Caldas, se entregarán a la junta creada por el artículo 2° de dicha Ley, para que sean invertidas exclusivamente en las obras que la junta considere de mayor importancia y necesidad.
