El numeral 8 del literal a) del artículo 25 quedará así:

Las fianzas o depósitos debidamente constituidas cuya cuantía determine la respectiva entidad concesionista para garantizar el pago de premio y las demás obligaciones derivadas del contrato.

El numeral 6 del literal b) del mismo articulo quedará así:

La fianza o depósito debidamente constituida cuya cuantía determine la respectiva entidad concesionista, para garantizar el pago de premios y las demás obligaciones del contrato.
