Artículo cuarto. Cuando una Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda refleje en su balance mensual defectos en el porcentaje que debe mantener en préstamos con destino a la financiación de las industrias productoras de materiales de construcción, quedara obligada a suplir dicho defecto en el mes siguiente, mediante la inversión en titulo de FAVI de valor constante con un interés del 7%.
