Modifícase el artículo 307 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 307. Requisitos. La solicitud de autorización de embarque deberá presentarse a la aduana, previa la constitución de una garantía bancaria o de compañía de seguros, cuyo objeto será garantizar que la mercancía sometida a la modalidad salió del territorio aduanero nacional, dentro del término de vigencia de la solicitud de autorización de embarque, en las condiciones establecidas en el presente decreto. La garantía se constituirá por el ciento por ciento (100%) del valor CIF de las mercancías que serán reembarcadas".
