Artículo único. Auméntanse en un cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) los derechos de importación de toda clase de mercaderías extranjeras que se importen al país.

Parágrafo

Este aumento principiará á cobrarse desde el día primero de Julio del próximo venidero. Comuníquese y publíquese.
