Practicadas las diligencias indicadas antes, el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, con la sola vista de la actuación, y con el concepto favorable de la Comisión respectiva, procederá a expedir la correspondiente resolución de adjudicación del terreno baldío. La resolución, una vez registrada en la competente Oficina de Registro, constituye título originario del dominio de la respectiva extensión territorial que se haya adjudicado.
