° La Corte Militar de Casación y Revisión dependerá del Ministerio de Guerra y sus empleados disfrutarán de las siguientes asignaciones mensuales básicas: Cada uno de los Magistrados $ 1.600.00 El Secretario Relator 850.00 El Oficial Mayor 650.00 Los Adjuntos Primeros, el Adjunto Tercero, el Chofer Mecánico y el Mensajero Primero, de que trata este Decreto, devengarán los sueldos que a estos cargos corresponden en las Fuerzas Armadas.
