Características De Los Bonos Pensionales Especiales Tipo T

Decreto 4937 de 2009 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 45 del Decreto 1748 de 1995, se crean y se dictan normas para la liquidación, reconocimiento y pago de unos bonos especiales de financiamiento para el ISS.

°. Características de los bonos pensionales especiales tipo T. Los bonos a los que se refiere este decreto tienen las siguientes características

a)

Están constituidos por cuotas partes o cupones de bono y cada entidad reconocerá y pagará su cupón directamente al ISS o a quien haga sus veces;

b)

Se expresarán en pesos, redondeados al múltiplo de mil más cercano;

c)

Son nominativos;

d)

Unicamente participan como cuotapartistas entidades públicas u oficiales de cualquier orden;

e)

No son negociables.
