º . Opción de indemnización o incorporación . Los empleados públicos de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprime el cargo como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, podrán optar por la indemnización o la incorporación en cargos de carrera equivalentes, conforme a lo consagrado en la Ley 443 de 1998 y demás normas que la reglamenten, modifiquen o adicionen.
