Multas impuestas antes del 1° de enero de 2020. Las multas de que trata el artículo 2.2.3.2.4. del presente Decreto, que sean impuestas con anterioridad al 1° de enero de 2020, seguirán siendo recaudadas por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) y serán incorporadas a su presupuesto.
