Recibido El Expediente Por El Inspector De Policía Sanitaria Nacional, Dictará La Providencia Del Caso En El Término De Tres (3) Días

Recibido el expediente por el Inspector de Policía Sanitaria Nacional, dictará la providencia del caso en el término de tres (3) días. Si fuere absolutoria, la remitirá en consulta al Jefe del Departamento Jurídico y de la Policía Sanitaria Nacional. Si la resolución fuere apelada, se concederá el recurso en el efecto devolutivo, siempre que se interponga dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación.

Parágrafo

Esta notificación se hará preferentemente en forma personal; si ello no fuere posible transcurridos tres (3) días, se hará por edicto que durará fijado tres (3) días, en lugar público de la misma oficina; vencidos de los cuales quedará ejecutoriada.
