Artículo cuarto. Se hace obligatorio el certificado de vacunación antivariólica para los siguientes fines

Para los viajeros que entren o salgan del pais;

Para ser admitido en cualquier empleo u ocupación, sea de carácter oficial, semioficial o privado;

Para ser admitido en los establecimientos oficiales o particulares de enseñanza elemental, secundaria o profesional;

Para efectuar cualquier acto civil;

Para los manipuladores de alimentos.
