° Las Intendencias quedan obligadas a prestar dichos servicios cada vez que les sean solicitados, debiendo otorgarlos a bordo de las naves, y .entregando el correspondiente recibo expedido en libretas numeradas e impresas en serie continua, que-tendrán original y duplicado. El original lo entregarán a la empresa naviera y el duplicado quedará en el archivo de la Intendencia.
