Artículo quinto. El Gobierno suministrará a los Jurados las cédulas de ciudadanía en libretas de a cien cada una, con sus respectivos talonarios, en los cuales el Jurado debe inscribir todos y cada uno de los datos que contenga la cédula que se entrega al elector.
