Los exportadores del producto sujeto de estabilización mencionado en el artículo 4º del presente decreto, para efectuar sus operaciones de exportación, deberán obligatoriamente suscribir Convenios de Estabilización con la Entidad Administradora del Fondo, con cláusulas que serán aprobadas por el Comité Directivo.
