Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación, tendrá una vigencia de diez (10) años y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, el Decreto 1290 de 2008 salvo para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 155 del presente decreto.
