Tres meses de alta por fallecimiento. A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo o en goce de pensión o de asignación de retiro, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecido en el presente Estatuto, continuarán recibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que le venía pagando los haberes de actividad o la asignación de retiro o pensión del causante.
