Art. 1º Quedan suspendidas en el territorio de la República las actuaciones judiciales en materias civiles, con excepción de las de jurisdicción voluntaria o de las de jurisdicción contenciosa en que las partes convengan de una manera expresa que sigan su curso. Quedan, en consecuencia, suspendidos los términos judiciales, con las excepciones dichas.
