Decreto 2304 de 1993 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 2° del Decreto número 2238 del 9 de noviembre de 1993, mediante el cual se confirió Comisión de Servicios al Exterior al doctor Jorge Bendeck Olivella, Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte y se encargó de las funciones de su Despacho al doctor Juan Alfonso Latorre Uriza, Viceministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte.
