° Los Directores y Gerentes de las entidades respectivas deberán cumplir y hacer que se cumplan las disposiciones del presente Decreto. Su incumplimiento, calificado por el Ministro de Hacienda, será causal de mala conducta sancionada conforme a la ley, y dará lugar a exigir responsabilidad por los perjuicios financieros que ocasione el Establecimiento respectivo.
