ARTICULO 134 . Profesores militares de primera categoría . Para ser Profesor Militar de Primera Categoría, se requiere

Ser diplomado en Estado Mayor, u ostentar título de formación universitaria, conforme a las normas de educación superior vigentes en todo tiempo;

Haber dictado un mínimo de doscientas setenta (270) horas de clase en la respectiva especialidad, como Profesor de Segunda Categoría en Institutos de Formación y Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares;

Ser autor de un libro o manual que sirva de texto de estudio en la materia o materias de la especialidad.
