Nombramiento del liquidador. Disuelta la sociedad se procederá a su liquidación por la persona o personas que designe la Asamblea General de Accionistas y a falta de tal designación, hará la liquidación el último Presidente de la Sociedad, y a falta de éste su suplente, mientras no se haga la elección de liquidador por la Asamblea General de Accionistas.
