Liquidación. Disuelta la sociedad se procederá a su liquidación y en consecuencia no podrá iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objeto, conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para aquellos actos que sean necesarios para su liquidación. El nombre de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., una vez disuelta deberá adicionarse con la expresión "en liquidación".
