Para empezar a funcionar una Sociedad Anónima se requiere permiso especial del Superintendente, el cual sólo será concedido cuando se compruebe que se han cumplido todas las formalidades que las leyes exigen. Asimismo deberá probarse ante el Superintendente que se ha pagado el porcentaje del capital suscrito que fije la ley.
