Artículo único. Exímese el Gobierno del Estado soberano de Antioquia de la obligación que contrajo por la claúsula 7.ª, artículo 1.° del contrato de fecha 22 de Febrero de 1881, celebrado entre el Secretario de Hacienda de la Unión y el señor Manuel Uribe Angel, Comisionado del Gobierno de Antioquia; contrato que fué aprobado por la ley 13.ª de 1881 (18 de Abril), aprobatoria de un contrato (para el establecimiento de una Casa de Moneda en Antioquia).
