Los docentes que actualmente pertenecen a cualquiera de las categorías del escalafón de primaria y secundaria continuarán disfrutando de los derechos que les concedió la legislación anterior hasta su incorporación y los nuevos ascensos a cualquiera de las categorías establecidas por el presente Decreto, se regirán por las normas contempladas en esta disposición y por las que la reglamenten.
