Articulo 17. La Corte Suprema de Justicia procederá a elegir los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Aduanas y Presidencia de la República a designar los Fiscales del mismo, para los períodos que comenzarán el primero de agosto del presente año, antes del quince de julio venidero.
