Objeto.El presente decreto tiene por objeto adoptar la política pública de gestión y administración de cementerios para la adecuada custodia y preservación de cuerpos no identificados y cuerpos identificados no entregados, en adelante CNI y CINE, en cementerios públicos, privados o mixtos, así como en aquellos no formalizados, mediante herramientas de coordinación entre las entidades nacionales, territoriales y administradores de cementerios, y de fortalecimiento a su gestión.
